Powered by 4 x axle mounted Sima 1.2HP compound motors E7045 was designed to pull up to 200 passengers.
The loco is over 12 feet long and probably weighs around 1 Ton.
Control is still quite primitive, with a carbon stack reostatic speed regulator with 24 volt power from a 440 amp/hour traction battery
In its early days, it had a visit to Carshalton (circa 1975) with Roland White and his brother or Cromar White
